REALTOR® Application Form

A REALTOR MLS Only member is any REALTOR that is looking to join DAR for only MLS access. You must already have a Primary REALTOR membership with at least one other REALTOR Association, or you will need to join DAR as a Primary member. MLS Only members will not recieve any other DAR member benefits other than MLS access. The office broker (or Designated REALTOR) must also join or already be a MLS participant in order for application to be approved. 

A Primary REALTOR is any real estate licensee (other than a Broker) that is looking to join DAR as their main and/or only REALTOR association. A Primary member will pay all national and state dues through DAR.

A Secondary REALTOR is any licensee (other than a Broker) that is looking to join DAR, but is already a Primary REALTOR with another REALTOR Association. All Seconday REALTOR members will have MLS access, along will all other DAR member benefits, and access to serve on our Board of Directors and committees if desired.

NOTE FOR OUT OF STATE REALTORS: State membership is optional if you are not already an Oklahoma Association of REALTORS member. If you would like to join OAR as a secondary member as well, please continue with this "Secondary REALTOR State/Local" option. 

An MLS Member is any REALTOR member that has access to the MLS, regardless if you are a Primary, Secondary, or MLS Only member. This membership type is open for billing purposes.
